I had a baby in October of 2011. I turned 40 in January 2012... just like that my body turned to MUSH! I thought that by walking everyday throughout my pregnancy that it would be fine... But I am sure that I let my diet go haywire! :) So... here I am trying to lose the weight I needed to lose before the baby and the baby weight! UGH.
