Hello! I've been struggling with weight since I hit the 40 year mark (almost 7 years ago). I don't know what it is about turning 40 but it seems like you go to bed at age 39, wake up the next day at age 40 and you've gained 50lbs overnight! I'm ready to get the extra weight off. The good thing is I have been working out over the last few years so workouts should not be a problem for me. Now I just need to commit to change my eating habits! I'm getting there:)
