Thai food

I am going for a meal on Saturday with Hubbie for his birthday at a Thai restaurant, how do I calorie count the food I eat? Sounds a stupid question I know but I have looked at the menu and can't find the food in the database! What is the best thing to go for? Help!!

You have a couple of choices...
1) Forgive yourself for one meal. You've eaten well this week right? Then one meal won't make or break you.
2) Try to choose healthier options. Avoid fried rice, thick sauces, and noodle dishes like pad thai or drunken noodle. Choose something stir-fried or steamed and eat a small amount of rice.
3) Look it up on calorieking.com or another site... But with restaurant foods, sometimes even the best estimate can be hundreds of calories off.0
