Help! Need Energy!

Hey all!
The past week I have been really slow moving for some reason. I normally look forward to my gym work outs and can crank out 3-6 miles running and leave feeling great. Sometimes even adding the elliptical and the stationary bike, as well as lifting weights! For some reason since Monday I haven't had energy to do ANYTHING. I've managed to get myself to the gym, but I've been walking instead of running, and I leave after my 30 minutes are up. I hardly break a sweat.
Also, I have been napping two times a day. I am a full time college student and have an on campus job that requires me to wake up at 5am. I go to bed relatively early (10-11pm) but wake up through out the night. I eat at regular times and it is pretty healthy!
I need more energy! I'm starting to get bummed that I don't have energy to work out!
Advice? Tips? Is there a low calorie food that I can put into my diet that will help?
Thanks!

I've heard that coconut oil is supposed to give you more energy and boost metabolism/fat burning. I tried adding it to my meals a while back and I did feel more energized and fuller, too! I cut it out of my diet after only a week or so though because i was worried about its high calorie content. I couldn't decide if the benefits outweighed the high calories.0
