Hi, my name is jennifer and I just Joined today. I have gained weight with each of my pregnancies a singleton and identical boys. The boys were born at 29 weeks and came home with multiple special needs including a illiostomy. My daughter had heart surgery 3 weeks before the boys birth. It is one year later and all three off my children are doing very well. When the boys got out of NICU after four months I started to eat to comfort myself because I was barely making it through a day. So here I am I need to take care of myself so I can be a good mother. If I don't like who I am how will I teach my children to love themselves. This is the first website that i found that fit my needs perfectly and I am so glad To have Finally taken the first step to better health.

Tell her to hang in there there is a light at the end of the tunnel but it is not easy. There are many ups and downs. My boys were 2.4 and 2.6 lbs and were 13 inches long we almost lost adam who got NEC but he held on a fought hard to survive. She will get through this and no matter how small a premie may be they are far stronger then we think.
