you know you've changed when...

I went away with work for a couple of days, I haven't needed to for nearly 2 years owing to being pregnant/ off work with a baby/ BFing. It was really interesting in that it showed me that I have actually changed quite a lot, and in ways I only noticed because I was suddenly in a new environment. So things I noticed were:

- my first thought when I realised I was going was 'how can I fit in exercise?:laugh:
- I ordered room service and the sandwich wasn't great so I sort of picked at it and left most 'like skinny people do' :bigsmile:
- I had fruit and cereal at breakfast instead of a full english and realised that's actually what I'd prefer :noway:

So what things have happened to you recently that demonstrate you have changed?

    Nothing! I still want to eat everything :laugh:

    Seriously, I have much more will power now and if I eat something too calorific, I feel quite ill afterwards so I guess my tastes are slowly changing. I get full on far less food and I'm fitter too.

  • here's one I noticed...and it's not even "me" per say...

    I don't talk about my weight loss and toning much outside of MFP other than with husband and my mom...but those that have known me awhile have noticed the obvious changes...they start immediately talking about weight loss, plans for weight loss, visits to the gym, etc. I didn't bring it up... THEY do. It's almost creepy as I don't expect anyone to have to defend how they look/are to me... however, that's obvious I have changed on the outside

    Oh!!!! When you used to go to closet and couldn't decide what to wear cause nothing fit right... now I go to closet, and can't decide what to wear cause I think it ALL looks good :)
