On the package of my Thai Sticky Rice, it does not specify if the measurement is cooked or uncooked. The calories would be 160 for a quarter cup of rice.
Does anyone know if this is standard for uncooked or cooked? Thank you!!

With rice, it's usually uncooked volume. The change in volume with cooking is pretty variable.0

Usually when they give a calorie measurement it is for the form that it in when in the package. So yours would be uncooked rice0
