Visalus..anyone

I am new to this mfpall--and sure this has been atopic before-- but was wandering if anyone else drinks this-- I do --i in morning..and 1 for lunch--then whatever i can for dinner ,,i haven't gone over my calorie intake and i exercise about 12- 20 minutes a day--4 times a week--- is this visalus a joke or is it really a good thing to do--- i have been doing it for 3 straight weeks--- and lost 2 lbs---it seems like everyday i weigh myself its either up or down by 2 lbs-- any suggestions--

  • I started the 90 day challenge today. Some of my friends have done it and the average I've seen them lose is 2-4lbs a week. I don't think it's a joke, however, I'll let you know as I progress through the challenge.

    Been drinking the Shakes for almost two years! Had tried others. These are the best!!

  • I've done the shakes and I will say that they do work great but everybody is different. You also have to look at your food intake and the TYPES of food you're taking in as well as the amount. Are you hitting your cal goals for the day?? How far below are you? You don't want to drop your cals too low b/c that can result in slow weight loss or even weight GAIN!! Sounds crazy but its true. Eating the right amounts is something that I struggle with my clients ALLLLLL THE TIME. If you want me to take a look at your diary I'd be happy too! Best of luck to ya girly!!

    Hmm, kind of peeked at your diary.

    It appears you have quite a few days where you go over calories significantly.
    If you are 400 under most of the week then 2000 over on the weekend, you are going to stay the same weight.

    I was under the impression Body by Vi is a meal replacement?
