I made it to Onederland now what?

After using this program for more than 6 - 7 months I've finally made it to Onederland! For the past month I've gained and lost the same 3 lbs over and over again. Hovering between 199 and where I am now. I would still like to loose another 20 lbs but I can't seem to find my motivation. Is there such a thing as diet fatigue? Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm still eating pretty good and I'm still exercising. However I just can't seem to grasp my new goal and get excited. I would love some feed back and suggestions! :o)

    I too have bounced the same 3 pounds for half a year, what the heck!? A fitness friend of mine finally told me that I had to shake it up. So if I work out 3 times a week, I need to increase it. If I eat pretty good, I need to eat really good. If I do mostly cardio, then add weights. Shake it up and shake our bodies out of what they've become efficient at and make them work hard again.

    That's what I've been doing and I hope it works!
