NSV of the week!!!!, my daughter came to me and said she wants me to help her with weight loss yesterday and my wife just joined the gym today, this is the whole reason why I started this journey, I am so happy for my family right now and proud of my close friend who has joined a few months back and I can see everything is changing for him, he's 20# down and doing great. :smile:
