    I use 5 lb weights, but I wish I would have started with smaller ones. It was reallllllly tough for a while but now I can pretty much handle MOST of the moves with the 5 lbers. I would suggest a lighter weight at first and work out to a heavier one.

    Uhm, for some reason I thought you were asking what size weights we were. I really, really need more sleep at night! Durh! I use 2 pound weights because that's all I have. I find I need heavier weights in some parts and lighter weights in other parts. So, my plan is to get some 3 and 5 pounders. Plus I'll want to work up with weights as it gets easier. Sorry for my flakiness! :blushing:

    I have been using3lb weights...I tried the 5lb one day one and had to drop them half way through the workout...I felt so out of shape...LOL I'm doing better now.

    I am using 3 pounds, but the one move I still have a hard time with is the squat/v-raise....
    I really have to pull/swing my arms up...
