I finally got a Wii and I played DDR for 2 hours last night! I sweated up a storm but I don't know what this counts as... Aerobics? Dancing, general? Does anyone know the most accurate way to enter video game workouts? Thanks!

I think DDR records your calories burned/session after you enter your weight. I wonder if just manually entering in the calories in MFP would be most accurate?

I do ddr on a ps2 and I have found that what ddr says I burn is comparible to mfp's "dance aerobic, ballet or modern twist" I mean within 1 or 2 calories close for me. I hope this helps0
