Hi everyone - kind of new here

I'm a woman who just hit the dreaded 3-5 and I have about 70 lbs to lose to get to my ideal weight, after losing about 80 pounds over the past few years. I've been really motivated and committed thanks to the awesome example of one of my friends (who unfortunately doesn't live near me anymore).

I'd love to have some MFP friends to support and be supported. I'm new to Crossfit and loving it. Not doing Paleo but not ruling it out for the future. I'm getting used to eating back my exercise calories. It is so counterintuitive! My progress has been slow but steady for the past 6 weeks and I feel like I can live this way and it is not a struggle.
