Do any of you have days that you seem to be just ravenous and can't seem to fill that empty spot? I seem to do that the day after a hard workout..and it makes it difficult to keep within my calorie goal for the day..But on the other hand I feel I need to listen to my body and hear it out..because maybe I need those extra calories that day..Just wanted to know if others have that same issue? Thanks! :noway:

I get that feeling every once and a while. I tend to let myself go a little over my limit for the day when the hunger monster strikes and exercise a little more the next day to help make up for what I ate. When I get the munchies I always try to eat healthy things, no candy or chips, etc. I like to think it's my body's way of telling me I need more food. Hope that helps.0
