Eating Less than your BMR???

Ok, so, I am really confused on how many calories I should be consuming. My BMR is just above 1500. Living a 'actively light" lifestyle 'the calculater' says to maintain my weight I can consume just around 1800 cals a day. I am actually NOT light active in that I workout 7 days a week doing P90x...which according to my Polar HRM I burn around 600 cals per day with excersize. SO, I assume that to maintain my weight I could eat total of 2,400! My goals are to lose 2 pounds per week, possibly 10 pounds per month, but I would be very happy with 8! Anyways, how much should I eat??? And what if I don't burn 600 excersize calories per day?? SO CONFUSED...I think my body is holding onto its fat storage because my weight loss has stalled...and believe me, its not from doing the same ol same ol workout, so its not a plateau with fitness,...its my eating I believe! HELP!!

judging by your profile pic, 2 lbs a week is probably very overly ambitious since you're probably very close to your body's ideal weight (which is probably different than your mental ideal weight).
i think at your weight you're going to have more luck fiddling with macros than the amount of calories0
