Anyone else killing themselves and not losing?

I've been doing this for a while -eating at 1300-1500 cals and working out 6 days a week and not losing. I finally realized after 6 years of starvation dieting to stay thin that I had shot my metabolism all to heck and I need to fix it now to lose weight later.

This means upping calories for a while.
