Goal Weight

Over the past few weeks, I lost my motivation.
I spent weeks losing and gaining and getting cheesed off.

This morning, I lost 1.2lbs and although I felt ok with this, I wasn't over the moon.

Until I looked at all the other achievements.

Weight has gone from 269lbs - 207lbs
Trouser waist gone from (a tight) 44-36
Waist has gone from 122cm - 96cm
Chest has gone from 50" - 46"
Neck has gone from 19 - 16

Blood pressure has gone from high - normal
Pulse has gone from high - normal

Breathing has improved
Mobility has improved
Mood has improved.

Doctor less worried about me
Family less worried about me


Having looked at this, I am now ready to reach my goal weight, another 19.1lbs.

Does anyone have any other improvements you can think of?????

    My goodness young man I am shocked and stunned. I had no idea. I see you as such an inspiration to better myself. Why your exercise sessions are just legendary! I am proud to call you my MFP buddy and if this is what happens when I go away for a week then I will stay put! In all seriousness you have achieved so much on here as is shown by your huge list. I will be there on the sideline cheering you on to get to goal (with pom poms if necessary!). Keep up the great work and if you need a boot up the rear I am here.

    Here's a few of mine:

    Gone from a tight size 18 to a comfortable size 14.

    Able to walk into any shop and buy whatever takes my fancy.

    Trust myself to be away from home for 1 week and make far better food choices than was ever possible. Was only 1lb up and I know I'll whip that into shape before the Sunday weigh in.

    Had to have a dress taken in by 4" all over (and could probably have had an extra 1" taken out).

    INR is far more stable (I have DVT and have been on the latest bout of medication for the last 9 years... so will be forever).
