I first tried the 30 Day Shred back in December when I was home for Christmas and new I'd be gymless for a month. At that point, I had been using MFP for about 7 weeks, and had been seriously exercising at the gym for about the same time. I was losing weight and fast, and felt better about myself..... Until I tried the Shred. It basically KILLED ME. Could never get past Day 3 because of crazy muscle soreness.
I have been feeling sick this week and couldn't go to the gym, but after 5 days I felt like I needed some exercise. I tried the Shred for the first time since December, and I SURVIVED! It wasn't nearly as hard as the first time I tried it! I don't even feel any soreness today
This NSV comes at a good time, as I have been on a plateau for a month now, losing and gaining the same 2 lbs every week. Good to know my body and my physical health have improved!

I'll probably stick with it but not on a daily basis. I'd right do a full gym workout with 45-60 minutes of cardio and then strength. But the Shred is great for those days when I don't feel up to it or just don't have the time!0
