Yesterday, my personal trainer (and we have a long journey ahead for me) forwarded a video on FB. I took the time to watch it and I cannot stress enough that ANYONE who is struggling with their weight (I am) must watch this video. It will motivate you, it will anger you. All you need to supply is your email address. Nothing else, but what an eye opener.
So for those of us who are feeling stuck, frustrated with their progress? Perhaps this will help.
