Favourite "Post-Workout" Snack?

So, the question arose today whilst I was at lunch ( :drinker: ) with a few colleagues of mine about what our favourite"post-exercise" snacks were. I didn't quite known which one (so hard to choose just one!) so I said a banana.
So I'm going to ask everyone here too.
What is your favourite post-exercise snack?

Depends on how long a workout, but I like skim milk with a scoop of natural protein powder + nesquik strawberry milk shake powder... :drinker:

After a long Saturday endurance day... Anything that can't out run me!

Greek yogurt (honey bottom, lime, or peach/jpassionfruit) with a handful of organic blueberries and a scoop of hemp granola

If I don't have time to go home after a workout, I'll throw a cheese string, Babybell or baggy of almonds in my purse.
Bananas bruise too easily, plus I eat them every day for breakfast so I don't want to get sick of them

I love my homemade protein shake after my workout. I mix non-fat plain Greek yogurt that is high in protein and lowish carbs. Then I put in a scoop of Garden of Life raw protein powder. Then I mix in unsweetened almond milk. Then blueberries. It is so yummy! A wee bit high in calories but high in protein, filling, and good for me! Try it.
