Really need some advice, please help!!

Hi I am in the process of picking a Heart rate monitor and I'm stuck on a few, I want to be able to wear 1 without a chest stap, but I have been told they are not as accurate.
I have found a few with and without chest straps and even a few that come with straps and finger touch, what one do you think I should get.....Money is not an issue If I'm going to buy 1 I would rather get 1 I'm happy with.
