High Calorie/Low Carb/Low Sugar Snack and/or Meal

Hey all!!! I'm looking for a high calorie but low carb and low sugar snack and/or meal that I can throw into my daily menu. I mainly eat protein, whole grain carbs and fruits and veggies every day but this makes it super hard to get up to even the minimum of 1200 calories per day when I need at least 1500!! I do eat nuts which help but are also high in fat (good fats I know) but you can only eat so many nuts every day!!! Lol...I try to watch all my categories and try to stay under them such as sodium intake, cholesterol, sugar and so on. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

60 second microwave flax muffin- high in fibre, relatively high in cals and low in carbs. They are about 4g carbs and 390 cals each.
Plus you can play about with the recipe and make chocolate ones, lemon poppy seed, mocha, raspberry, blueberry or just plain with butter.
Add butter or cream cheese to up the cals even more!0 -

Also try making cheese roll ups.
Heat up a small skillet 8-10 inch. Sprinkle some cheese and spices of your choice. let it cook until the cheese is bubbly and browned on one side. Roll up, dip in ranch or fresh marinara.0 -

If you like avocado it's pretty high-calorie (but it's great for you and all the calories are from fat - superb!). I like to dice it up and throw it in a bowl with a little salt and rice vinegar.0
