New to MFP

Hello everyone,
My name is Jenna and I just joined recently. I am planning on starting everything Monday :) I currently weigh 148 pounds and want to get down to 130. On some days I could eat beautifully and eat all the right things. However on other days for some reason something kicks in and I just go overboard and eat so bad and then i get so discouraged and upset with myself. I could use all the motivation and support from people who know what I am feeling and just have a common goal to get healthier. :) I also want to try and exercise 3-4 times a week. Currently I play tennis atleast 1 or two times a week.

  • Girl, I'm just like you. As are most people! You can STILL eat the things that you want to eat! Just do it in portions and moderation. :) If you are craving something, eat it! Just make sure you know how much. Will power is EVERYTHING when it comes to weight loss!
