Help! Confused by Workout Guide in NROLFW!

I'm looking at the guide on pages 140-141, and am confused about the layout. Is he saying for workout 1, do only 2 sets of 15 per exercise? So if I'm reading this correctly, on day 1 of my first workout, I will do workout A, which is 2 sets of squats, 2 sets of alternating push ups and seated rows and 2 sets of alternating step-ups and prone jackknives? Is that it?

    I don't have the book with me, but that sounds right.

    This is right and then as you progress your weight gets heavier and reps get lower...also you will end up with 3 sets...just remember the opposite is true for the abs...the reps get higher, not lower. Good luck, I know I still have a hard time with getting it too!

    Thats exactly right! It took me forever to figure it out then I made my own spreadsheets to keep track of my progress.
