Bagel thins.

Do you like them? If so I have a secret for you...The same brand that makes them (Thomas) has the exact same thing for so much cheaper and so many more bagels! Look for the bag of mini bagels. The nutrition is all the same but you get 12 instead of 8 for less! Just thought I would share for those of you who don't know. Plus, they are awesome. Mmmm whole grain.

    I get the Nature's Own thin wheat bagel and put all natural peanut bbutter on it every morning for breakfast. Love them !

    I switched from Bagle thins to Thomas's Sahara Mini Pita's. Lower in everything.

    If anyone here has access to dempster's brand: they make body-wise bagels which are thick and have fewer calories than the bagel thins.
