All Lifters What am I forgetting?

Hi I just started lifting again and am starting by combining New Rules of Lifting for Women and Body For Life routines. Trying not to work the same muscles on different days and trying not to work the same muscle too much on the same day.

This is what I have come up with so far... What am I forgettting? Or what should be in my Wed. routine?

Push Ups 1 set 15 reps
Step up w. dumbells 1 set 15 reps
Dumbell Bench Press 4 sets 12 reps 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps increasing the weight each time
Feet on ball roll in 1 set 8 reps
Squats 2 sets 15 reps
Close Grip Push Downs 4 sets 12 reps 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps increasing the weight each time
Seated Row 1 set 15 reps

For the second set I am going to increas the weight and do the same reps
Push Ups
Step up w. dumbells
Feet on ball roll in
Seated Row

Wednesday so far I have Deadlifts dumbell sholder press wide grip lat pull downs lunges and swiss ball crunch... so I havent really done that one yet! LOL Thats all just NROL4W

But let me know what you guys think...

Also Should I up my calories? Right now I try to net 1600 and I am at 296 lbs. BMI 47.6. Will I need to eat more to build the muscles better? I also do cardio 6 days a week if that matters.
