Changing goals

I did a search but couldn't find an answer... Can someone please enlighten me on how to change my goals BACK to what MFP recommends? I don't remember what the daily cal goal was but a while back I changed it to 1200. I am curious to see what the actuall recommendation is. Thanks in advance!

    I tried it and it still says 1200, and 1.3 pounds per week... :/

    At the bottom of the page once you select guided there is a box that says "I want to lose.......... lbs per week". Click that and change it back to lose 1 lb per week and see if it changes.

    I did it. It did change to 1360... I guess I 'cannot' lose 2 pounds per week??? :cry: WTH. Thank you though:smile:
