Excercises for the Time / Space / Equipment Poor

Hello!

During an average week, I ride my pushbike to the gym, do my own cardio/ strength training as well as Les Mills classes, walk my dog and ride ponies.

SO... I'm to be sequestered in a wee room for a week while at Uni doing mid terms, and I'd like to pick YOUR brain -

What are your favourite ways to excercise when you don't have ANYTHING to play with? (And very little time to do it in...)

I'm thinking I can do 30 DS L1 (laptop/ youtube... with bizarre whatever I can find weights...)

There is a program designed for people who don't have money/access to gyms or weights. It is called Convict Conditioning, I haven't tried it but have heard it talked about. You can always fill a backpack with heavy things to do squats to add resistance for dips and chin ups.

LOL, Convict Conditioning - a name very appealing for an Australian of British descent  Have to check it out, thanks for the heads up :flowerforyou:

If you have youtube access search for Butt Bible. I do the easiest one (cause you dont need any weights for it). You get a good burn from it and tone a lot.
