P90x cardio

Hello, I am new to this and i am trying to learn how to calculate the clories i burn. I do the P90X cardio 6 times a week, but it combines yoga,and cardio. so how would i calculate this? Should i count the yoga seperate? And the cardio part should i count as aerobics general or hign impact? Not sure what high impact aerobics is?? I also walk (fast paced) for an hour 6 days a week, unless it is raining then i get on my elipitical for awhile. Trying to figure out the true calorie count i burn. Once i figure out how to count this then i will know if i need to bump up my exercise or if i am doing ok. Any help is greatly appreciated.
