Hi all,
Well as you can probably guess from my title is that I have followed plenty of diets in the past including fast diets ie cabbage diet, atkins etc these worked while i ate the food on their plans but as soon as I went back to normal I put it all back on back then I also never went to the gym or did any exercise where as now i'm doing between 30 minutes to 2 hours per day monday to friday because my local gym is 5 minute walk from work .
I chose to do this as I eat more in the week then I do at the weekends so having less calories at the weekends will help me stop snacking ie chrisps chocolate etc.
I have always done diets for other people and to make them happy I have never tried losing weight because I want to where as this time I do want to lose weight so I am hoping this small change will make a big difference.
I have already lost 9 pounds which is amazing for me better than any diet there is. My eating and exercise is all public so feel free to have a look
also looking to make new friends for friendship or just help along the way and encouragement to each person along the way
also if anyones got any tips on hunger pains please let me know I am trying to drink water to get rid of hunger pains but doesn't seem to be working lol
hopefully hear from you all soon and please add me as a friend be great to hear from you
xx

I too have fallen off the wagon for almost a month due to illness. But, I'm back to try again! Dr. said that I only gained a pound (thank God!) and that only leaves me 135 to go! Hang in there kiddo, it's much easier to do when you're young than when your pushing 60!0

Thats the problem with fad diets, they only work while your on them, unfortunittly they arent setup as a lifetime change, so ultimittly they fail in the end. Doing it the right way, eating good healthy food, and working out is key. Right now im eating almost 3000 cals and still losing weight, which is crazy to me, but when u do things right then u will see success. As for me if im super hungry then i eat, maybe just a handful of almonds. I know weve all heard to ignore it, but if water isnt stopping it, then your body is trying to tell u something, so having a little snack wont kill ya, and probably will give u more success.
Glad to see your doing this for u, feels good. Feel free to add me.

I was a lot like you, tried everything under the sun except actually changing my lifestyle! Good luck! And I added you, hope that's alright0

For hunger pains, I would try fruits and veggies. They burn off quicker than any other food and most of it is fiber (you don't digest it). Feel free to add me0

Most of us have tried quick & crazy enough times to know it doesn't work. Congrats on your new outlook. As for the hunger pains, I looked over the last few days of you diary and noticed you don't have much protien in the morning. For me this is a recipe for disaster, it makes me hungry and miserable all day. I like protien bars because I can grab and go, but I prefer eggs. Good luck & feel free to add if you'd like.0
