    Self magazine has some kettle ball exercises in this months issue. They are suppose to rev up fat lost by constantly engaging your core muscles. I am going to try them!

    kettle bell cleans are good for your arms and core. start from a squat position with KB on floor, lift KB over head in a swing movement. usually do 3 rounds of 21.

    You get a full body workout using them and get to work your muscles in more directions. The first time I used mine, I was sore every where: core, back, arms. It was impressive. And it gets your heart rate up more.

    they use your core muscles, strengthening, and aerobic all at the same time.. love them and hate them.. I use them with my trainer. we do snatches and clean and presses and renegade pushups and arms rows with them..

    I've been doing the kettlebell workout for 2 weeks now and I love it! It really makes my muscles sore! It gets my heart rate up and works every muscle I have!! I love the Power Body: Kettlebell Bootcamp with Angie Miller dvd! It's easy to follow and is great for beginners!
