The best workout DVD/Program??

I really want to try The 30 Day Shred, as i've seen lots of people benefit from it. I was just wondering if there's maybe a better one out there that anyone's had more success with? I just want to use my time wisely :)

    There are tons of really good workout DVDs. The trick for me is finding one (or several) that I will do everyday.

    Kelly Coffey Meyer is wonderful. She has a series called 30 Minutes to Fitness. Each DVD has 2 - 30 minute workouts plus lots of premixes to keep it fresh. These are anywhere from strength, to cardio, to circuit

    collagevideo.com will give you lots of ideas. Video clips, reviews (professional & customer) will let you know what equipment you need

    I love the 30 day Shred. I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks and I am losing lots o inches~! I'm also mixing it up with Jillian's Shred it with Weights (kettle bell) ~> that one is intense!
