frustrated and need pep talk recomendations

I have been stuck at my current weight of 140 for three weeks so I kicked up my exercising this past week by doing walk/runs; jillian dvd's for a total of 290 minutes this week, some days an hour at a time other days 30 minutes, four days this week.....I gained 1.2 lbs at my weight watcher weigh in today and she said its water gain and I even feel heavier and more bloated. Some days I ate back my calories and some days I didn't and stayed within my point range for WW.
I've read prior posts on ths subject but quite honestly I am so frustrated its all gone out of my head. While I do want to loose some weight my main goal is to get more firm and toned at this point. Feeling at a standstill right now so Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

    How are you doing from a calorie perspective, relative to your BMR and TDEE? Are you eating enough to sustain a healthy weight loss?
