Hello new guy here!

Name is Steve, looking for support, trying to get from 250-230 for now. Going for 200 even at 6'0". I hate salad already but my wife is helping work on some new meals. I have to lose 20# by may for sure, as my daughter 14 and myself 42 test for our second degree blackbels in Tang Soo Do.:glasses:

    Cool! I started MFP last year because my 14 yr old son wanted to go on a 9 day kayak/camping trip in North Carolina, and I did not need to be carrying my extra weight while carrying a kayak and gear! I lost 20 pounds before the trip and kept it up. Good luck in meeting your goals - friend request on its way. :)
