    Im in my forties and i quit smoking and gained 30 pounds although I feel healthy I have doctors telling me I have to do something about my weight . I enjoy dieting through my fitness pal. I like the idea about meal planning

    I am 45 and I will admit it, although I really feel more like mid 30's. Our oldest graduates from high school in June, so I could feel older when that happens, LOL.
