Weight loss photos...hopefully

It has been a long journey for my weight loss. It has taking almost 4 years for me to lose 40 pounds and to keep it off. After my first initial weight loss of 25 pounds I hit a plateau. I would exercise but not calorie count and then I was calorie counting with little to no exercise. It was around September of 2011 that I began getting serious about my weight loss and made the needed life style change to lose the next 15 pounds. I began a regular exercise routine and counting my calories. I do 30-45 minutes of cardio m-f as well as some sort of exercise dvd for 30 minutes m-f. I actually use a lot of biggest loser dvds. They have worked great for me, however I think I'd like to kick it up a notch. I'd like to build some strength and get toned. I still have about 5 more pounds I would like to lose. My first picture is from 2008 and I was roughly 185 pounds (size 16). The second picture is from a week ago and I am 144 pounds (size 10).
