I'm having dinner with a friend tonight for her birthday. It's at a mexican restaurant. Any suggestions??? I have NO IDEA what I should eat. :drinker:

Grilled chicken fajitas can be good if you stick to the chicken and veggies. Remember you don't have to eat everything on the plate.0

I like to order the pork carnitas and eat the lean & skip the fat. Refried beans aren't actually fried, they're just cooked to mush, and they're not bad. Ask for sour cream & guac on the side. They'll be generous with the lettuce & tomato if you ask.
And watch those chips! The salsa is free, but the chips are li'l gut-bombs.
You will be heavier the next day, no matter what you do. Mexican is salty, and you'll retain water. No biggie.0
