Mexican Restaurant?

I'm having dinner with a friend tonight for her birthday. It's at a mexican restaurant. Any suggestions??? I have NO IDEA what I should eat. :drinker:

    soft chicken tacos (not fried)
    grilled fish tacos
    rice
    black beans (not refried)

    Grilled chicken fajitas can be good if you stick to the chicken and veggies. Remember you don't have to eat everything on the plate.

    I like to order the pork carnitas and eat the lean & skip the fat. Refried beans aren't actually fried, they're just cooked to mush, and they're not bad. Ask for sour cream & guac on the side. They'll be generous with the lettuce & tomato if you ask.

    And watch those chips! The salsa is free, but the chips are li'l gut-bombs.

    You will be heavier the next day, no matter what you do. Mexican is salty, and you'll retain water. No biggie.
