Eat back calories and go over on everything else??

I know I have been told to eat back the calories lost from excercising. How about if it causes you to go over on sugars and sodiums. I know the sugars are low in MPF and I know a lot of processed foods have sugars and salts in them so sometimes it is very difficult to stay away from them all together. I know I could definetly stay away from salt more though....

I don't personally think sugar is that much of a worry, but I think it's a good idea to avoid added fructose.
Some people are affected more by sodium than others. It seems to contribute to the development of high blood pressure in at least some of the population.0
