I'm a work at home mom (photographer)- Anyone else in the same boat?? my only time to workout is during nap time

    I'm a working single mom so my only time to workout is first thing in the morning before my son gets up.
    If you want some motivation, I've started a 90 day challenge group both on here and facebook. The group is for seriously committed people who are willing to workout 5-6 days a week (I know how tired your are, but you can do it!!) and eat clean with one cheat meal a week.

    Honestly, the best motivation comes from inside. Why do you want to lose weight? What are your goals? You're a mom, right? How will losing weight positively affect the lives of your children?

    Let those things be your motivation. Not faceless strangers on the internet. Use the online community as buoys to help you along but YOU have to be the driver in your journey.
