I'm 45 and need to get rid of lots of weights. I started using my stationary bike last week and doing some free weights. I have gotten rid of 5 pounds so far to get to my current weight, but need to dump a bunch more. I am currently 365 pounds and gained almost 20 of it just this past 6 weeks due to knee injury.

New to site so give me some pointers as to what to do on the site as well. Thanks a million I mean 1/2 a billion since I plan on winning that, lol.... :)
