Marking your calender

Let's face it, everyone eats bad sometimes and sometimes it's multiple days in a row. What I do to motivate myself is mark my calender with smiley faces and frowny faces. On good days, when I make my calorie goal, it's a smiley. On bad days, when the temptation for junk food over powers me I put a frowny. I don't know if this will help anyone else, but it sure helps me!

I feel accomplished when I put a smiley face on for the day, almost like it's a trophy or something. I also get really angry when I have multiple frowny faces in a row, and am therefore motivated to do better. Try it, maybe it will work on you :D
