Right, today i have decided to do an exercise DVD, i have eaten too much and can't go outside as it's thundering :grumble: :grumble: so does any one know how many calories you burn off during them?
I have 3 different ones (if you know how much for these would be great  )
Letitia Dean's Lean routine - 1 hour long,
Rosemary Conley's Fat attack - 55 mins &
Rosemary conely's ultimate whole body workout -1 hour
Thanks x

Log it under areobics with the minutes .. that will give you an estimate.
  • I usually just log my videos as aerobics, low-impact or general, depending the intensity. But I always lower the default amount given for calories burned anywhere from 50 to 100.
