Protein, carbs, fat?

I have been eating healthy for the past week but I just found this website today and looks pretty interesting so far. My question is how many carbs, protein and fat grams I should be eating. According to what myfitnesspal said, 43g fat, 177g carbs, and 48g proteing. The fat and carbs seem high to me and proteing seems low. I used to work out regularly and read up on nutrition and excerice quite a bit but it's been awhile so I may be mistaken but these numbers seem backwards to me for losing weight. Below are my approx. stats.Thanks for any suggestions!

Current weight: 206lbs.
Target weight: 160 lbs.
Height: 5'6"
Exercise is minimal right now except chasing 4 kids around but plan on starting to get at least a few 30min. cardio workouts in a week to start soon
