Looking for easy protein snack recipe

I need a snack I could take with me for post or mid workout. Most of the bars I have seen have a million ingredients. Anything that would last on a bike ride or hike would be great.

Any suggestions?

    Nuts in a bag. Peanut butter lcrackers.

    Ive Made banana chocolate chip pancakes, put them I fridge. Then put in ziplock bags on a bike ride or for during after a workout
    I use coconut flour and milk to make them

  • Hard boiled egg
    Ham/turkey, cheese roll up, cheese stick
    6-8 oz protein shake
  • Have you tried the KIND bars? Yummy and no weird ingredients. I also like trail mix, pnut butter crackers, string cheese and even a good old fashioned pnut butter sandwich on high protein bread would be a great portable snack option.
