Anyone try this?

60 ounces of distilled or pure water
1 tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice
1 dandelion root tea bag
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Drink 60 ounces every day for 7 days.

Claim is that this will flush our excess water weight and result in 5 or more pounds lost in a week.

I'm not one for quick weight loss things so I'm not looking into it for that but just thinking since I drink a lot of water anyway, would it be good to do this for a week?
