Feeling of faintness due to diet?

Hello
I've started my "diet" about a month ago, and well, i don't know if it's because of that, but I've had some days now and then when I was feeling really weak.
Sometimes I felt like even sitting on a chair was too much for me and I had to lie down
I have already been to a doctor and I'm going to be checked next week, but I wanted to ask you if you've ever experienced anything similar since you've changed your lifestyle.
I've gone from no exercise to workout three to five times a week and running three to four times a week.
My calorie goal is 1300, but I eat a lot of my exercise calories back.
So what do you think?

I tend to find that I have more energy when I'm eating well.
Are you eating enough, do you think? And are you getting your micro and macronutrients in? for instance, you haven't cut down too much on iron, or on protein?0 -
I think I am eating enough
I'm not already totally used to this "healthy eating", but I try to get all the important vitamins and stuff.0 -
Hard for us to help when your diary isn't open...
You're probably not eating enough. Figure out what your bmr is and don't net below that.
I found out mine was 1450 and I was netting below it a lot. Now I'm eating more and I have 5x more energy.
Check out the group "eating more to weigh less" it's helped me A LOT :flowerforyou:0 -
I've only felt faint consistently for two reasons in my life. Lack of water and too much caffeine.
Hmm if you are eating enough calories, not sure that could cause it. Overtraining and not letting your body catch up might..0 -
When I first started, I was feeling icky and light headed because I wasn't drinking enough water. Now I drink 80-120 oz a day and don't have that problem. I do find myself weak and tired if my carbs are too low.0

Well I really eat enough carbs, that's for sure
I probably have to drink more0 -
No one can really give you an educated answer unless you open up your diary. Otherwise, it's just guesses which doesn't help anyone.0
