I need help!

all I want to do when I get home is eat and eat and eat! idk why! it's still the chubby girl in me! I need to lose 20 pounds :(
At least I resisted a cupcake today!

    Focus on the good. The good thing is that you resisted a cupcake today. Other than that, I don't have much in the ideas of motivation because I don't know much about you.

    Do you tend to binge alot? Do you just tend to get the munchies and call it binging? You said you need to lose 20 lbs ... will that get you back to your ideal weight, or is that an interim goal.

    What motivates you to eat / binge? Are you an emotional eater? are you just doing mindless eating while watching TV?

    More information would help, but I would suggest exercising when you get the urge to eat when you shouldn't. And if you MUST eat, have something healthy or low in calories like the 100 calorie snacks.

    If you want to eat, then eat. Reserve a good number of calories for your evening meal and stay within that. You can eat whatever you want as long as it fits your planned caloric intake.
