I have heard people raving on and on about kale chips. So today I bought some kale! But when I got home... OH NO! OUT OF OLIVE OIL!
So, like all good little kitchen workers do- I improvised! And I used Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing. I love this salad dressing anyway, and have a habit of putting it on... well... almost everything vegetable. And on chicken. Etc. you get the point.
I know there are tons of recipes out there for this, and they're roughly all the same, but since I opted for for the Italian dressing thought I'd share with you guys the amazingness that turned out![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

- 1/2 Bunch of Kale
- 2tbsp Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing
Tear the kale leaves off the stems in bite size pieces. Toss the kale in the salad dressing. Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes- or until kale is crispy.
These were super delicious and super duper easy!
