Fellow South Beachers

At the beginnning of February I started the South Beach diet. I did it to lose weight (the obvious reason) and to train myself in better eating habits. Since I started I have gone from 170 lbs to 149 lbs and am still losing. If anyone out there is a fellow South Beacher with some helpful recipes, tips, or just some words of encouragement please feel free to add me : ) I like to poke my nose in other people's food diaries and see what yummy things I never knew I could be eating!
