Realization of small allotted calories on non work out days.

On the days that I don't work out I'm allowed only 1,200 calories. And that's to lose .9 pounds a week! Ugh....that's not very many. No wonder I've gained weight this last year. It was a combination of not working out and not watching my caloric intake. Lesson learned. It's going to take me a looooong time to lose 20 pounds!

I just wanted to vent, but any tips or advice is always appreciated!
